BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. ‘No-Shows’ will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule your appointment if it can’t be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to be rescheduled will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment it is considered a ‘No-Show’ and your credit card will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
